The Saphir aroma hop gives to the beer the required freshness and the top fermenting yeast add fruity ester flavours.
Despite the high original gravity it has a good drinkability and can be enjoyed at all opportunities.
This beer has its roots in Germany. Besides the term "Weiß" doesn't come from the German word for white colour but means in German wheat "Weizen".
